Text Box: JJon Pacini pursued an interest in ceramics he acquired while attending Claremont (CA) High School. Majoring in art, coursework at both Oregon State University and Long Beach State University broadened his historical perspectives while he continued to develop his pottery-making skills and techniques. More than 20 years later, not only has Pacini refined his craftsmanship, he has also continued to supplement and expand his knowledge about the technical aspects of ceramics. He is a well-informed, reliable source of information regarding clay, glazes, kiln construction, and firing techniques.
